Return and Refund Policy

At Studio Rang, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order details.

Return eligibility

Items are eligible for return only if they are:

• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• In their original condition and packaging
• Returned with tags and accessories, where applicable

  Items that show signs of use, washing, alteration, damage, or wear may not be accepted for return.

  Because our products are handcrafted and hand block printed, slight variations in colour, print, or texture may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

  Return fee

  A ₹200 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each approved return.

  If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs. Such cases will be reviewed separately, and the return fee may be waived where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.

  Refunds

  Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  Items that do not meet the return conditions may be sent back to the customer and may not qualify for a refund.
