Studio Rang carefully packs each order before sending it to you.

Delivery timeframe

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Remote and difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping charge

A flat shipping charge of ₹200 per order applies. The final shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared where tracking is available.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are complete and accurate. Studio Rang is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery delays

If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number. We will work with the courier to help resolve the issue, but delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Undeliverable orders

If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the recipient was unavailable, or delivery was refused, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
